A prompt run is one question sent to one AI engine, with the answer parsed: whether you are named, where, in what tone, and which sources are cited. Answers change from one run to the next, so each tracked prompt runs 5 times per engine every week. On Starter that is 1 750 runs a week; on Growth, 7 000.
Named in 3 of 5 runs reads as 60%, with a 95% interval of 23%–88%. The same rate over 175 runs narrows to 53%–67%. That is why a change is only called a change when the test says so.
Yes, up to a monthly cap sized to your plan’s prompts, keywords and money keywords. You see usage against the cap in the workspace, and nothing above it is billed unless you approve it first.
Agents draft changes. Nothing is written to your store, your site or anyone’s inbox until a person with the admin role approves it. Each approval shows the diff and the data behind it, records who approved and when, and can be undone.
In the EU. Workspace data, crawls and reports are stored and processed in EU data centres. The prompts you track go to the AI engines you choose and contain no personal data, and the Shopify app holds no customer data.
Yes. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you cancel in. An annual plan runs to the end of the paid year. You can export your data before you go.
